Tl, Tlks Series Large Scale Vertical Three-Phase Synchronous Motor

This series meets JB/ T8667.1-1997 Technical Specifications of Series TK Large-sized 3-phase Synchronous Motor and GB755 Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Motor as well as standards of IEC. A stationary controllable silicon exciter is a used as its excitation system. It is allowed to be directly started at full voltage, when full-voltage starting is not allowed due to the capacity of the power grid, it can be started at reduced voltage. The series has many advantages, such as compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, slight vibration, high reliability and installation & maintenance convenience.

    The series is suitable to drive reciprocating air compressor, suitable to be used in such an indoor environment with a temperature varying with seasons, but not more than 40ºC while not less than -5ºC, with less dust, and without vapour, acid, alkali or corrosive/explosive gas.

    The series adopts an enclosure protection class IP, cooling mode IC 01. For the ones with other protection class or cooling mode, users can negotiate with us. The series' rated voltage is 6000V, and also, we can produce the ones with a voltage of 10,000V (allowable deviation range: ±5%), rated power 50Hz and rated power factor 0.9 (lead).

    The number of the motor's stator leads can be 3, 6, 9 or 12 as per customer requirements.

    The adoption of insulation materials with an insulation class of B or F for stator and rotor windings (temperature rise assessed in line with class B) is helpful to prolong the motor's service life; and because stator and rotor winding terminals have been fixed and strapped reliably and processed with solvent-free VPI (vacuum pressure impregnation) and have gone through many times of tests for turn-to-turn impulse withstand voltage and withstand voltage to ground, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, high mechanical strength and strong moisture proofing. We can add thermodetectors at key parts, e.g. stator windings and bearings as required by users, so as to ensure its safe and reliable operation.

    Series TK is mainly used to drive reciprocating air compressor, and can also be used to drive water pump, fan and other general mechanical equipment.
